Installation guide for Axiell staff

There are two types of Axiell Collections installation, hosted and on-premises.

• With a hosted solution Axiell manages the server hardware, networks, operating systems, data backup and disaster recovery planning. Hosting the solution is the easiest way to get up and running and removes the hassle of managing servers and hosting in-house.
• Axiell Collections can also be installed on a Windows server and run in-house.

A number of installation and maintenance guides are available for Axiell staff and these PDF guides should be considered the most up-to-date documentation for installations and upgrades (use the Feedback link below if you do not know where these are located).

However, we have adapted these PDF installation guides for this online Help and in some areas expanded the content to cover and explain some aspects of an installation that are considered assumed knowledge in the PDFs. This content is intended for Axiell staff only and is password protected.
